Recently, former Mesa Police Officer Travis Gribble was on the Cleared Hot Podcast with Andy Stumpf to talk about his career and his troubles with PTS. His story will probably resonate with anyone in LE that has spent more than about six months working the road. The story about how his agencies administration deals with their officers experiencing PTS is telling and, from my experience, the norm in the profession. It’s work a listen for any current or former officers.
